Klaviyo Expert – Fulfillment Contract Full Time

About This Opportunity

The Marketing Collective is hiring a Klaviyo Expert (Fulfillment) to manage technical execution and quality assurance for retention marketing across client accounts.

This role focuses on Klaviyo campaign setup, QA, flow implementation, deliverability management, segmentation, and account maintenance for e-commerce brands in the DACH region.

You will work within a three-person pod structure alongside a Brand Manager and Designer, acting as the final quality gate before campaigns are sent.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Campaign Execution
  Set up campaigns in Klaviyo including:
  Segments and exclusions
  Smart Sending
  UTM tracking
  Sender name/address
  Promo code verification
  Campaign tagging
  Run QA and scheduling processes
  Set up flows including:
  Triggers
  Flow/profile filters
  Conditional splits
  Email numbering
  Trigger previews
  Implement WhatsApp campaigns in Chatrmin/Charles
  Clone, QA, and schedule translated campaign versions
  Manage signup forms and popups including technical setup
  Configure A/B testing and document results
• Strategic & Planning Support
  Create flow briefings using templates and AI tools
  Review Klaviyo setups including:
  Flows
  Segments
  Integrations
  Develop segmentation and audience targeting strategies
  Analyze data in Klaviyo and Google Analytics
  Develop growth plans aligned with client objectives
  Manage post-purchase survey tools and reports
• Operational & Maintenance
  Perform weekly Klaviyo monitoring checks
  Run monthly brand health checks
  Maintain CRM hygiene including suppression and engagement distribution
  Maintain template libraries for flows and popups
  Monitor compliance including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and unsubscribe functionality
• Communication & Coordination
  Participate in daily ClickUp check-ins
  Communicate internally and externally through Slack
  Create content requests for design assets
  Reference, update, and create SOPs
  Support onboarding documentation and internal processes

What They’re Looking For

• Experience
  2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially e-commerce
  1+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience including:
  Flow building
  Campaign management
  Managing multiple accounts
• Technical Skills
  Strong understanding of:
  Klaviyo flow logic
  Smart Sending
  Deliverability
  Segmentation
• Experience with:
  Klaviyo
  Chatrmin / Charles
  Shopify
  Google Analytics
  AI tools for QA and reporting
  Familiarity with:
  KnoCommerce
  Decify
  Typeform
  Sendtric
• Understanding of:
  GDPR
  CAN-SPAM
  Email compliance requirements
• Communication & Soft Skills
  Extremely detail-oriented
  Strong follow-through and ownership mindset
  Comfortable working in German-language accounts
  Strong prioritization and workload management skills
  Open to constructive feedback
  Strong written communication skills
• Preferred Skills
  Figma or Canva for light email design
  Strategic thinking in retention/email marketing
  Experience documenting workflows and SOPs
