What You Will Do
- Enter and verify client data in legal drafting systems
- Draft legal documents using structured templates and checklists
- Proofread and edit documents for grammar, formatting, and accuracy
- Ensure consistency across legal documents and client files
- Review completed drafts to identify and correct errors before finalization
- Maintain high standards of documentation quality and attention to detail
- Follow established legal drafting workflows and procedures
What They’re Looking For
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- High personal accountability and integrity in work output
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and consistently
- Strong sense of responsibility for error-free output
- No legal experience required, but strong attention to detail is essential
Nice to Have
- Experience in administrative, documentation, or data-entry roles
- Familiarity with structured workflows or template-based systems
- Background in compliance-heavy or quality-control environments
- Experience working remotely in high-accuracy roles
Nice to Have
- Up to $1,500/month depending on experience
- Annual bonus (up to 150% of one month’s salary, performance-based)
