We are looking for a Customer Support Virtual Assistant – Email & Chat Support for a growing E-commerce company (fashion & lifestyle brand) we recruit for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to customer emails and chat messages
• Handling order inquiries, returns, refunds, and delivery questions
• Using helpdesk systems like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk
• Escalating complex issues to the right internal teams
• Keeping customer records and tickets organized
• Ensuring fast, clear, and helpful communication with customers
• Following brand tone and communication guidelines

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or admin roles
• Strong written English (this role is mostly written communication)
• Comfortable using email and chat support tools
• Able to stay organized with multiple tickets/messages
• Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows (orders, shipping, refunds)
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
