Virtual Assistant (Right Hand to CEO/Founder) Contract Full Time Hourly Part Time Project

About This Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Virtual Assistants who have already worked closely with CEOs, founders, or entrepreneurs as their direct right hand.

This is not an entry-level VA role.

You will be supporting busy decision-makers with execution, operations, coordination, communication, research, and day-to-day business support that keeps companies moving.

You must be proactive, independent, highly organized, and comfortable working without constant direction.

You will be working directly with the CEO or founder you are matched with.

SkillSpotterZ acts as the recruitment and matching partner, not the long-term employer or intermediary in your day-to-day work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the right-hand support to founders/CEOs in day-to-day operations (personal and/or business-related)
• Manage calendars, emails, scheduling, and internal/external coordination
• Handle research, reporting, and business task execution
• Support project management and follow-ups across teams
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Organize workflows, documents, and systems for efficiency
• Take ownership of tasks from start to finish without hand-holding
• Identify problems before they happen and propose solutions

• Has previous experience as a CEO/founder assistant or executive VA

• Is proactive, not reactive — you don’t wait to be told twice
• Is comfortable figuring things out when instructions are incomplete
• Learns tools and skills quickly (often before your employer does)
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Can handle repetitive or operational tasks without losing focus
• Understands confidentiality and professional boundaries deeply
• Knows that what you learn about clients stays private — always
