Finance and Accounting Manager Full Time

About This Opportunity

Catch Creation is hiring a Finance and Accounting Manager to take ownership of core accounting operations across its multi-channel eCommerce business.

The company operates US-based consumer brands across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels and is building structured, scalable finance operations to support continued growth.

This is a hands-on senior finance role responsible for day-to-day accounting execution, reconciliations, payments, reporting, and compliance across multiple platforms and international markets.

You’ll work directly with leadership to ensure financial accuracy, operational control, and timely reporting across the business.

What You Will Do

• Payments & Disbursements

  Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  Schedule and execute vendor payments and wire transfers
  Oversee credit card payments and payroll processing
  Process influencer, contractor, and refund payments
  Support payment coordination across multiple platforms

   

• Reconciliations & Reporting

  Reconcile purchase orders against invoices and inventory
  Perform daily cash reconciliation across accounts and processors
  Reconcile bank and credit card statements (Chase, Amex, Stripe, PayPal)
  Match ad spend against platform invoices and charges
  Maintain inventory and marketplace sales reconciliation
  Prepare monthly financial reporting and close processes

   

• Tax & Compliance

  Support US, UK, and AU sales tax compliance (via TaxJar)
  Assist with tax registrations for new nexus states
  Coordinate with external tax advisors and partners
  Support audit preparation and documentation

   

• Accounting Operations

  Manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks and Fulfil.io
  Maintain G&A expense tracking and allocation
  Support financial reporting, analysis, and leadership requests
  Document and improve internal finance SOPs and workflows

What They’re Looking For

• Licensed CPA (Philippines)
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong experience in eCommerce or multi-channel accounting
• Familiarity with payment processors, chargebacks, and inventory accounting
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations
• Understanding of sales tax compliance and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
• Highly organized and process-driven mindset
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work US hours (EST overlap required)
• Experience working with US-based companies preferred
