This role focuses on assisting with the end-to-end handling of personal injury cases, supporting legal operations, and maintaining client communication.

What You Will Do
- Client Communication
Conduct introductory calls
Maintain communication through emails, texts, and calls - Case Management
Support end-to-end management of personal injury cases
Handle approximately 120 active cases - Negotiations
Draft and send letters of representation
Negotiate claims and liens with insurance companies - Documentation
Use Filevine for case tracking
Ensure updates are timely and accurate - Autonomous Task Execution
Independently manage casework tasks without micromanagement
What They’re Looking For
- Experience Required
2–3 years of personal injury legal support experience
Proficiency in Filevine - Knowledge
Familiarity with Washington state personal injury law
Knowledge of PIP agreements and lien processes - Client Communication
Strong communication with clients via calls, texts, and emails - Autonomy & Ownership
Ability to manage casework independently - Technology Proficiency
Experience with Gmail, Google Chat, and remote tools - Bilingual Advantage
Spanish proficiency is a plus (not required)
