This role is focused on making marketing happen day-to-day—managing campaigns, systems, reporting, and execution across email, automation, and marketing operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Owning and managing the full marketing calendar and execution timeline
• Running end-to-end marketing project management across campaigns and launches
• Building, testing, and managing email campaigns and marketing automations
• Ensuring all marketing initiatives are launched on time and properly executed
• Managing contractors and coordinating workflows across teams and agencies
• Maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership decision-making
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting marketing performance data
• Identifying bottlenecks and improving marketing systems and processes
• Creating documentation and SOPs for scalable marketing operations
• Ensuring QA and accuracy across all marketing campaigns before launch
• Improving workflow efficiency using tools and automation

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing operations, project management, or execution-focused marketing roles
• Strong execution mindset (more operational than strategic/creative)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong technical mindset and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Data-driven with strong comfort in analytics and reporting
• Experience coordinating teams, contractors, or agencies
• Strong communication and ownership mentality
• Familiarity with marketing automation and email systems (Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, etc. is a plus)
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools is a bonus
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments
