About This Opportunity

Canva is hiring an AI Quality Evaluator to support the development and improvement of its AI systems for Thai-language experiences.

This role focuses on evaluating, labeling, and reviewing AI-generated content (text, images, videos, and designs) to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and overall quality.

The work contributes directly to building and refining datasets used to train and improve Canva’s AI models for regional users.

What You Will Be Doing

• Labelling, annotating, and evaluating AI-generated content including photos, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs
• Assessing linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness of content in Thai
• Evaluating AI outputs against Canva’s quality standards for Thailand users
• Building and contributing to Thailand-specific datasets for AI training and localization
• Delivering labelled content on time and meeting defined output targets across multiple task types
• Reviewing and refining labels based on feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Collaborating with global data labeling and AI teams across regions including the Philippines and EU
• Supporting localization efforts for AI features and experiences
• Following structured labeling guidelines and quality frameworks

What They’re Looking For

• Native Thai speaker with strong written and spoken English skills
• High attention to detail, especially in repetitive and structured evaluation tasks
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple concurrent tasks
• Strong consistency in applying guidelines and quality standards
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new instructions and workflows
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Genuine interest in AI systems, language quality, and content evaluation
• Self-directed, reliable, and disciplined in task execution

• Remote-first role (focused on Bangkok, Thailand for coordination)
