Accounts Receivable Analyst Full Time

Veeva is hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join its Finance Operations team in Hungary.

In this role, you will support global B2B customers by managing invoicing, resolving payment issues, and ensuring timely collections.

You will work closely with internal finance, sales, and revenue teams to maintain accurate accounts and improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts and reduce overdue payments
• Handle invoice delivery and collections of past-due accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies
• Support contract and billing clarification requests
• Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and revenue teams
• Help improve internal billing and collections processes
• Support efficiency and accuracy in accounts receivable operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, finance, or order management
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience working in fast-paced, international environments
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and handle customer accounts
• Experience with tools like Excel or NetSuite (preferred)
• Understanding of the order-to-cash / billing process (preferred)
