The role supports wholesale, B2B, and enterprise customers, with a strong focus on accuracy, reliable follow-through, and maintaining organized financial records.

What You’ll Do
Create and send accurate invoices for wholesale, B2B, and enterprise customers as orders ship
Post and reconcile customer payments and maintain accurate account balances
Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
Upload and reconcile invoices in Amazon Vendor Central
Manage invoicing requirements for enterprise customer accounts
Review and approve assigned vendor bills in accounts payable software
Prepare monthly sales channel reports for the company’s sales tax firm
Build B2B sales orders in ShipStation and support related billing and order processes
Maintain accurate billing and accounts receivable records in QuickBooks Online
What the Company Is Looking For
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, billing, accounts receivable, or a related accounting role
Accounting background and strong attention to detail
Hands-on experience with invoicing and invoice reconciliation in Amazon Vendor Central
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and spoken English
Confidence following up with customers about outstanding invoices and resolving discrepancies
Strong organization and the ability to manage recurring financial processes independently
Reliability, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines without close supervision
