What You Will Be Doing

• Defining and maintaining the tone of voice for multiple digital brands
• Writing, reviewing, and improving website and product copy
• Creating UX content for user journeys including registration, promotions, deposits, rewards, notifications, and user profiles
• Ensuring a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints
• Adapting content for different markets, audiences, products, and languages
• Managing translations and coordinating with translators, agencies, and localization teams
• Reviewing localized content for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintaining style guides, glossaries, and translation references
• Collaborating with Product, Design, CRM, Marketing, Development, and Localization teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve clarity, usability, and the overall content experience

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in UX writing, copywriting, content management, localization, or brand communications
• Excellent written English skills
• Strong ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Experience writing website, product, marketing, or UX content
• Excellent attention to detail and editing skills
• Understanding of localization workflows and multilingual content management
• Experience coordinating translators and reviewing translated content
• Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and international markets
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Bonus Skills:
  Experience in gaming, fintech, eCommerce, entertainment, or other digital consumer products
  Experience with multilingual websites or white-label products
  Experience creating tone of voice or brand guidelines
  Familiarity with CMS platforms, localization tools, or translation management systems
  Understanding of UX writing principles and conversion-focused content
  Experience writing CRM campaigns, promotions, or marketing content
  Additional language skills beyond English
  Experience working in regulated or highly localized industries

Notes

• €35,000–€70,000 per year (depending on experience and seniority)
• Fully remote
