Senior Product Designer Contract Full Time
About This Opportunity
B12 is looking for a remote Senior Product Designer to join their fully remote Product team and help shape the next generation of AI-powered website and business tools used by over a million businesses worldwide.
This role is focused on owning complex product design challenges end-to-end, from user research and wireframing to final UI design and collaboration with engineering during implementation.
You’ll play a key role in defining product direction and improving the overall customer experience across the platform.
You’ll be working in a fast-moving startup environment where design, product, and engineering work closely together, and where designers are expected to think systemically, experiment, and bring strong ownership to their work.

What You Will Do
- Lead the design of complex and cross-functional product experiences end-to-end
- Design new features and product flows from concept to implementation
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Contribute to and evolve the company design system
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation and QA of designs
- Partner with Product leadership on overall product direction and strategy
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand user needs
- Improve customer experience across web-based products
- Explore and experiment with new design tools, including AI-powered tools
- Participate in continuous iteration and improvement of shipped features
What They’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in product design
- Strong experience owning end-to-end design work in digital products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.)
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design across full user journeys
- Excellent Figma skills
- Strong UI/UX and web design background
- Data-informed approach to design decisions
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience or interest in AI-powered design tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong attention to detail and user experience quality
Nice To Have
- Experience working in startup or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with design systems at scale
- Experience designing AI-assisted or automation-driven products
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams during implementation
- Experience in growth-stage or venture-backed companies
