What You Will Be Doing

• Managing and growing an online community focused on beauty and skincare
• Supporting creator outreach and relationship building
• Driving user engagement across community channels
• Assisting with content creation and community-driven content initiatives
• Contributing input toward product strategy and company direction
• Helping shape early-stage community growth systems

What They’re Looking For

• Passion for beauty, skincare, and online communities
• Experience in community management or social engagement (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a part-time, remote setup
• Interest in startups and early-stage product building
• Creative mindset with hands-on execution ability
