This role plays a critical part in the client intake process by ensuring every qualified lead receives timely follow-up, empathetic communication, and guidance toward booking consultations with attorneys.

This is a fast-paced remote role ideal for someone with consultative sales or intake experience who enjoys helping people while driving measurable results.

What You Will Do

• Lead Management & Client Intake
  Respond to inbound leads from website inquiries, social media, referrals, phone calls, and chats
  Qualify leads using firm SOPs, scripts, and eligibility guidelines
  Guide qualified prospects toward booking consultations with attorneys
  Communicate the value of the firm’s legal services clearly and professionally
  Aim to secure consultations during the first interaction whenever possible
• Follow-Up & Client Engagement
  Conduct consistent follow-up with leads to maintain engagement
  Handle objections empathetically and professionally
  Ensure consultations remain scheduled and confirmed
  Prepare and send engagement agreements for signature
• CRM & Process Management
  Maintain accurate client records in Clio CRM
  Log all communications and updates consistently
  Support improvements to intake systems and workflows
  Track KPIs and contribute to monthly team performance goals

What They’re Looking For

• Required Qualifications
  Fluent in both Spanish and English
  Experience in consultative sales, intake, or client relationship roles
  Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
  Excellent written and verbal communication
  Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and communication tools like WhatsApp
  Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  Coachable, adaptable, and process-oriented

Work Schedule & Compensation

• $1,500 – $1,600 monthly
