About This Opportunity
Trident PH is looking for a remote Virtual Assistant to support their real estate operations, marketing activities, and transaction coordination processes remotely.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, experienced in real estate support, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities across marketing, social media, transaction coordination, and administrative tasks.
You’ll work closely with agents and clients to help manage listings, coordinate transactions, create marketing content, maintain communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do
- Marketing Support
Create and schedule property listings across platforms such as MLS, Zillow, and Realtor.com
Design flyers, brochures, and promotional marketing materials
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Update website content and listing pages
Support lead generation and property marketing efforts - Social Media Management
Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
Design engaging social media posts, stories, and promotional content
Respond to comments and messages professionally
Monitor analytics and suggest improvements based on engagement and performance - Transaction Coordination
Manage administrative tasks related to real estate transactions from contract to closing
Ensure documents and agreements are accurate and submitted on time
Coordinate communication with clients, lenders, title companies, and inspectors
Track deadlines, contingencies, and closing timelines - Administrative Support
Schedule appointments, showings, and open houses
Respond to emails, calls, and client inquiries professionally
Maintain organized digital files and transaction records
Assist with client follow-ups and post-transaction communication
What They’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Real Estate Assistant
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and workflows
- Experience using real estate platforms such as MLS and Zillow
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional and proactive communication style
Nice To Have
- Experience with transaction coordination platforms like Dotloop or SkySlope
- Canva or Adobe Suite design experience
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics
- Experience with social media advertising
- Previous experience supporting real estate agents or brokerages remotely
Compensation:
- $4–$8 USD per hour depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
