What You Will Do
- Manage multiple calendars (minimum five) across personal, family, and business domains
- Own inbox management and prioritize high-volume communications
- Build and improve systems and workflows from scratch
- Anticipate executive needs and act proactively without instruction
- Coordinate personal and professional logistics, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Prepare daily briefs, summaries, and executive-ready communications
- Troubleshoot tools and systems independently
- Maintain consistent communication rhythms with the executive
- Support both structured and unstructured operational needs in real time
What They’re Looking For
- Strong prior executive assistant experience (virtual or in-person)
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex calendars simultaneously
- Highly proactive, anticipatory working style
- Comfortable working without rigid processes or detailed instructions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technically self-sufficient and resourceful
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-changing environments
- Experience in entrepreneurial or startup environments is a strong plus
- Familiarity with managing personal household logistics is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $1,800/month depending on experience
- Annual bonus (up to 150% of one month’s salary, performance-based)
- 13th month pay
