What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up, execute, and monitor email and SMS campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and identify trends or issues
• Collaborate with Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters
• Suggest improvements based on campaign data and results
• Manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams (and occasionally clients)
• Take ownership of campaign execution and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Basic understanding of campaign metrics and reporting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow
