About This Opportunity

HoloGrowth is looking for a Video Editor who goes beyond aesthetics and focuses on performance-driven content.

You’ll be editing short-form ads, reels, and long-form content for DTC eCommerce brands managing high ad spend budgets.

Your work will be directly tied to real campaign performance, not just visuals.

This is a part-time role to start, with a clear path to full-time based on results.

What You Will Do

• Content Creation & Editing
  Edit short-form ads (TikTok, Reels, paid social)
  Work on long-form content when needed
  Create multiple hook variations and iterations
  Handle full editing process + quick revisions
• Performance-Driven Work
  Analyze performance data and improve future edits
  Optimize content based on engagement and conversion metrics
  Contribute to creative testing for paid ads
• Ownership & Execution
  Work independently without constant supervision
  Deliver content within defined turnaround times
  Collaborate with a distributed team across time zones

Requirements

• Experience editing for agencies or eCommerce brands
• Strong understanding of performance marketing content
• Ability to create variations and iterate quickly
• Comfortable working with feedback and data
• Self-driven and reliable in a remote environment
• Tools (Preferred)
  Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
  CapCut / Canva / Veed / Opus Clip (any relevant tools)
  Thumbnail creation is a plus

Compensation & Structure

• Paid trial period (project-based) in the first month
• Then: fixed monthly rate + performance bonuses
• Long-term growth opportunity to full-time
• Remote, contractor-based
• Available for communication during 10:00–18:00 CEST
• Flexible working hours outside of that window
