About This Opportunity
Inizio Medical is looking for a remote Medical Editor from Philippines, to support the review, editing, proofreading, and formatting of scientific and medical communications materials for global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
This role is ideal for someone with strong editorial skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous experience working with scientific, medical, regulatory, or healthcare-related content in a fast-paced professional environment.
You’ll work closely with international teams to ensure all materials meet client, journal, congress, and industry standards while supporting high-quality medical communications projects.

What You Will Do
- Copy edit, proofread, and format scientific and medical materials
- Review manuscripts, slide decks, and scientific communications
- Ensure documents meet journal, congress, client, and company guidelines
- Prepare documents within project timelines and deadlines
- Assist with journal and congress submissions
- Collaborate with internal teams across medical communications projects
- Maintain high editorial quality and accuracy standards
- Ensure consistency across all deliverables and documentation
What They’re Looking For
- Previous experience in medical, scientific, regulatory, or pharmacovigilance editing
- Experience within a medical communications agency, CRO, publishing, or related industry is preferred
- Strong ability to understand and revise scientific and medical content
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Have
- Experience supporting congress or journal submissions
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and workflows
- Experience editing clinical or regulatory documentation
