Senior UX/UI Designer Full Time

Adoreal is hiring for a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the end-to-end design process for client websites, from information architecture and user flows to high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and developer handoff.

What You Will Be Doing
- Designing client websites from concept through final implementation
- Creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Developing mobile-first responsive experiences across devices
- Building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma
- Designing interactions, animations, and micro-interactions
- Creating developer-ready design specifications and documentation
- Ensuring accessibility standards (WCAG) are incorporated into designs
- Collaborating closely with developers during implementation
- Presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders
- Sourcing and generating visual assets using AI-powered design tools when needed
- Contributing to design innovation and best practices across the organization
What They’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped websites and digital products
- Expert-level Figma skills including prototyping, auto layout, variables, components, variants, and design systems
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user experience principles
- Experience designing responsive websites and digital products
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Strong visual design skills including typography, hierarchy, color, and layout
- Experience collaborating with front-end developers
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience using AI tools for design workflows and visual asset creation
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- What would be a plus
Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, or regulated industries
Webflow experience
User research or usability testing experience
UX writing or content design experience
Experience presenting to executive and non-design stakeholders
Located near Chicago, Illinois (preferred but not required
