About This Opportunity

Pearson Clinical is looking for an Advanced Associate- Sales from APAC to support sales operations and revenue growth across the Asia-Pacific region.

This is a sales support and inside sales execution role, focused on managing CRM workflows, qualifying warm leads, supporting Business Development Managers (BDMs), and ensuring smooth sales operations across multiple time zones.

The role is designed for an early-career sales professional who can handle high-volume operational work while gradually growing into more direct sales ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sales Support & Administration
  Manage daily task queues and sales workflows
  Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documents for BDMs
  Coordinate meetings, demos, and training sessions across APAC time zones
  Support webinars, conferences, and regional sales activities
  Maintain accurate internal documentation and sales records
• Lead Management & Inside Sales
  Conduct structured outreach to warm leads (inbound + outbound)
  Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and route to BDMs
  Follow up on active opportunities and maintain next-step tracking
  Provide basic product information and escalate complex cases
• CRM & Pipeline Management
  Maintain clean Salesforce records (high accuracy required)
  Log all customer interactions, notes, and follow-ups
  Support pipeline tracking and forecasting reports
  Improve CRM hygiene and reduce errors over time
• Customer Engagement
  Provide responsive and professional customer communication
  Assist with basic product demos and onboarding support
  Help troubleshoot simple customer issues before escalation
  Ensure a positive and structured customer experience
• Team Collaboration
  Work closely with BDMs to progress opportunities
  Participate in team meetings and share insights
  Provide backup support during peak workload periods
  Support a collaborative, high-performance sales environment

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services
• Based in APAC or Australia region
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks accurately
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Nice to have
  Mandarin and/or Bahasa language skills
  Experience in inside sales or outbound sales
  Exposure to education, SaaS, or B2B services
