What You Will Do

• Lead SEO and AI search strategy for clients
• Conduct keyword research and identify ongoing opportunities
• Perform content audits and analyze performance drivers
• Create SEO content briefs for writers and clients
• Monitor crawl stats, indexation issues, and crawl budget efficiency
• Run technical website audits using tools like Sitebulb and Ahrefs
• Identify and recommend speed and performance optimizations
• Implement and validate schema markup across websites
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and communicate technical impacts
• Communicate with client stakeholders and manage expectations
• Attend bi-weekly client meetings to report progress and issues
• Participate in internal monthly team meetings (Minuttia Pulse)

Requirements

• Experience managing client relationships in a B2B services context
• Strong understanding of how search engines work
• Experience with Google Search Operators
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb)
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Hotjar)
• Experience optimizing websites in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Yoast, Schema Pro)
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Notion)
• Ability to record walkthroughs and explain insights using Loom
• Experience analyzing search performance and traffic changes using Google tools
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to communicate with developers
• Understanding of technical SEO (robots.txt, .htaccess, etc.)
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Native or near-native English
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Nice to have:
  Experience working with SaaS companies
  2–3 years agency experience in SEO/content marketing
  Experience with Google Sheets functions (ImportXML, VLOOKUP)
  Experience with Google Tag Manager
  Experience setting up advanced Google Analytics alerts
