About This Opportunity

ElevenLabs is hiring a remote GTM Recruiter from Singapore, to own full-cycle hiring for go-to-market roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.

This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on building and scaling global revenue teams in a fast-growing AI company.

You’ll partner closely with leadership, define hiring strategy, manage pipelines globally, and help shape how ElevenLabs builds its GTM org.

What You Will Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, CS, Partnerships, RevOps, Marketing)
• Partner with GTM leaders to define hiring strategy and role requirements
• Work with sourcers on pipeline building, market mapping, and talent strategy
• Manage global candidate pipelines across multiple time zones
• Advise hiring managers with data, market insights, and benchmarking
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and represent the ElevenLabs brand

What They’re Looking For

• ~3+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience (impact matters more than years)
  Experience hiring for quota-carrying roles (sales experience is a strong plus)
  Background in high-growth tech companies
  Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring leaders
  Excellent communication and candidate experience skills
  Ability to manage multiple complex hiring pipelines at once
  Strong understanding of GTM functions (Sales, CS, RevOps, etc.)
• Big Advantages
  Experience recruiting in APAC / ANZ markets
  Strong regional networks or cultural/language fluency (especially Mandarin)
  Data-driven recruiting approach (metrics, pipelines, conversion rates)
  Builder mindset — improving processes and systems, not just executing them
