About This Opportunity

Lodgify is looking for a remote Senior Data Analyst to join the Growth team and help transform complex data into insights that guide business decisions.

In this role, you will analyze the full customer journey — from acquisition and activation to conversion and retention – helping teams identify opportunities to improve user experiences and business growth.

You will work closely with Growth, Product, and other stakeholders to define important metrics, design experiments, and turn data into actionable recommendations.

This is a strategic analytics role where you will act as a bridge between data and decision-making, ensuring that product and growth strategies are supported by evidence and customer insights.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze customer funnels to identify conversion opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with Growth teams to measure and prioritize initiatives that improve user journeys.
• Define and monitor business metrics such as ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC, translating data into actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions that show the impact of product improvements on business outcomes.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, including experiment setup, success metrics, and statistical evaluation.
• Use data modeling techniques and maintain data models using tools such as dbt.
• Optimize SQL queries and work with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to understand customer challenges and identify opportunities.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior analysts by sharing best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst, ideally within SaaS, Growth, or technology environments.
  Strong experience with funnel analysis and conversion optimization.
  Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and working with data warehouses.
  Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and understanding statistical significance.
  Ability to connect data analysis with business goals and strategic decisions.
  Experience with data modeling and transformation using tools such as dbt.
  Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar.
  Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
  Comfortable using AI tools to improve data analysis workflows and productivity.
• Nice to have:
  Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
  Knowledge of customer segmentation and cohort analysis.
  Familiarity with growth frameworks and product-led growth strategies.
