What You’ll Do
B2B Marketing & Demand Generation
Build and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns for priority industries in Colombia
Develop strategy, messaging, execution plans, and campaign measurement
Generate enterprise pipeline and track campaign performance
Run experiments and continuously improve marketing programs based on results
Local Market Growth
Adapt global campaigns and messaging for Colombian audiences
Develop programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner and customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound
Select the right channels and tactics based on the business objective rather than focusing on a single marketing function
Bring insights about Colombian buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and regulatory context back to the global team
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with local Sales teams on pipeline generation
Work with global Product Marketing, Growth, and Design teams
Maintain consistent messaging while adapting campaigns to local market needs
Coordinate campaigns from initial strategy through launch and performance analysis
What They’re Looking For
5–7 years of experience in a high-growth technology company
Proven experience building and scaling B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline
Experience owning marketing projects from strategy through execution and measuring ROI
Strong knowledge of the Colombian market, including enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture
Existing network in the Colombian business market is a plus
Comfortable working independently with limited processes and setting your own priorities
Ability to work across multiple marketing functions and move quickly
High standards for marketing quality, clarity, and measurable impact
Strong interest in AI and the technology ecosystem
Excellent judgment when developing differentiated B2B marketing programs
