Remote Adoption Strategist Full Time

About This Opportunity

ElevenLabs is hiring a remote Adoption Strategist – APAC to build scalable customer adoption and enablement programs that help corporate and mid-market customers get value from ElevenLabs products and expand their use cases.

What You’ll Do

Build and deliver scalable enablement and activation programs that help customers adopt best practices and reach value quickly.
Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, particularly ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.
Stay ahead of new product releases and become an early expert on new capabilities.
Audit customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setups to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Track adoption metrics and work with Revenue Operations to improve reporting and identify new insights.
Use customer data and trends to develop adoption strategies and repeatable playbooks.
Partner with Account Management and Customer Experience teams on targeted adoption campaigns.
Deliver regional workshops, webinars, and other enablement programs based on customer needs and product releases.
Work with external implementation partners and internal teams to create a consistent adoption strategy across the customer journey.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, Engineering, and leadership on regional and global initiatives.
Identify opportunities to automate and scale adoption workflows using AI tools.

What They’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in customer adoption, customer or partner enablement, digital customer success, enterprise growth, or a similar role.
Experience working at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch customer base.
Experience with voice AI, text-to-speech, conversational AI, or developer-facing products.
Proven experience building adoption programs from the ground up, including onboarding tracks, scaled playbooks, and self-service content.
Strong systems thinking and a track record of building scalable workflows and automations with AI tools.
Highly analytical and able to identify trends, adoption gaps, opportunities, and new data points that can improve strategy.
Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority.
Experience working with Account Management, FDE, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams.
Experience managing a high-volume book of business, particularly in the mid-market or commercial segment.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and adapting as the role evolves.
