About This Opportunity
SparkLoop is hiring a Publisher Partnerships Lead to help grow relationships with top newsletter creators, publishers, and media brands using SparkLoop’s audience growth and monetization platform.
This is a highly relationship-driven, value-first sales role focused on building visibility and trust within the newsletter and creator ecosystem.
The successful candidate will represent SparkLoop publicly across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), podcasts, Slack groups, Discord communities, and industry events while building warm inbound relationships with newsletter operators.
Rather than traditional outbound sales, this role focuses on becoming a recognizable voice in the newsletter space and helping publishers understand how SparkLoop can accelerate audience growth and revenue generation.
This role reports directly to SparkLoop cofounder Louis Nicholls and offers significant growth potential within a profitable, remote-first SaaS company serving leading creators and media businesses worldwide.

What You Will Do
- Community Presence & Brand Building
Build a strong presence in the newsletter and creator economy space
Engage consistently on: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Slack communities, Discord groups, Podcasts, Industry events
Become a recognizable and trusted voice within the newsletter ecosystem - Content & Relationship Building
Create engaging content including: Posts, Threads, Videos, Commentary, Memes, Educational content
Build relationships that naturally generate inbound conversations and DMs
Develop trust-first interactions with newsletter operators and creators - Partnership & Sales Conversations
Run discovery and strategy calls with publishers
Help creators understand how SparkLoop can grow: Audience size, Revenue, Subscriber acquisition
Guide prospects through partnership opportunities without aggressive sales tactics - Networking & Industry Engagement
Participate in: Podcasts, Meetups, Industry conferences, Creator events
Expand SparkLoop’s visibility and reputation in the media and newsletter industry
What They’re Looking For
- Experience
2+ years of experience related to:
Newsletters
Creator economy
Media companies
Partnerships
Ad sales
Agency work
Experience operating or growing newsletters is highly valued - Sales & Communication Skills
Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
Ability to move conversations naturally toward partnerships and conversions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable building relationships publicly and online - Content & Personal Brand
Existing presence in the creator/newsletter space OR strong willingness to build one
Ability to create engaging and shareable content
Comfortable appearing publicly and on camera - Additional Preferred Qualifications
Existing audience, following, or creator network
Experience with:
Email Service Providers (ESPs)
Newsletter growth tools
SparkLoop products
Podcast appearances or public speaking experience
Personal newsletter ownership is a strong advantage - Personality Traits
Self-starter with strong ownership mentality
