Freelance Product Designer Part Time
About This Opportunity
Microdose Studio is looking for a Freelance Product Designer to join its remote design team on a part-time, long-term B2B basis.
This role is ideal for a Mid–Senior Product Designer with strong UI/UX and SaaS product experience who enjoys working closely with founders and small creative teams on modern digital products and brand-driven experiences.
The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the studio’s core team on SaaS platforms, MVPs, startup products, marketing websites, and digital experiences for international clients across the US and Europe.
This is a hands-on freelance role with flexible hours, async-first collaboration, and long-term partnership potential.

What You Will Do
- Product & UX Design
Design SaaS products, MVPs, and startup platforms
Create user flows, UI systems, and interaction designs
Transform concepts into polished, user-centered digital experiences
Improve and iterate existing digital products and interfaces - Collaboration & Communication
Work directly with founders and designers without traditional PM layers
Collaborate closely with the studio’s core team throughout projects
Help clarify project scope, priorities, and design requirements
Participate in async communication and team calls in English - Design Systems & Tools
Work primarily in Figma using modern design workflows
Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable UI components
Deliver production-ready design solutions for client projects - Brand & Digital Experiences
Design marketing websites and brand-focused digital experiences
Support visually engaging and conversion-focused digital products
What They’re Looking For
- Experience
Mid to Senior-level experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design
Strong background working on SaaS products or digital platforms
Experience collaborating on real client projects and product development
Skills - Strong Figma proficiency
Excellent UI/UX and interaction design skills
Strong visual design and product thinking abilities
Ability to communicate professionally in English
Self-managed, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset - Preferred
Experience working with branding-heavy digital products
Familiarity with modern AI/design tools such as Cursor, v0, or vibe coding tools
Based in the EU, ideally Poland
