What You Will Do
- Design and own compensation and incentive systems for Node Operators
- Build performance-based mechanisms that improve operator accountability and quality
- Automate payment and reward workflows to ensure accuracy and trust
- Provide performance insights and tools for Node Operators
- Communicate complex economic and system changes to external operators
- Ensure Node Operator allocation and evaluation is consistent and fair
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and economics teams
- Translate economic models into production-ready systems and processes
Requirements
- Experience owning compensation, rewards, or performance systems end-to-end
- Ability to work with data scientists, economists, or quantitative teams
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex economic concepts
- Experience improving or designing payment workflows and reducing manual processes
- Experience working across engineering, data, and operations teams
- Ability to work in ambiguous, evolving environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership without direct authority
Preferred Experience
- Understanding of token economics, incentive design, or mechanism design
- Experience in crypto economics, staking, or blockchain incentive systems
- Exposure to oracle networks or decentralized infrastructure
- Experience working with node operator programs or staking protocols
- Background in game theory, quantitative finance, or economics
- Experience in protocol-level or Web3 infrastructure companies
