What You Will Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests
• Support daily operations across departments including Maintenance and Housekeeping
• Manage reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operational tasks
• Use PMS and internal tools to coordinate information
• Ensure smooth processes and high service standards
• Solve problems quickly while supporting guest experiences
• Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency and automate repetitive tasks

What They’re Looking For

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or customer-facing operations
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Guest-centric communication approach
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Eager to learn and grow
