About This Opportunity

TestGorilla is hiring a Junior DevSecOps & IT Specialist for a 6-month contract with strong mentorship and hands-on learning.

This is an ideal opportunity for students, recent graduates, or junior professionals looking to break into DevSecOps.

You’ll support internal IT operations, manage access requests, and work closely with senior engineers to gain real-world experience in a remote tech environment.

Responsabilities

• Manage IT support tickets and provide timely resolutions
• Handle user access provisioning (onboarding/offboarding)
• Troubleshoot technical issues (OS, software, network access)
• Follow cybersecurity best practices and access controls
• Help document processes and build internal knowledge base
• Collaborate with global remote teams

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate (or early-career professional)
• Strong foundation in Linux / Operating Systems
• Basic programming or scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Nice to have:
  Docker (containerization)
  Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
  AWS or cloud exposure
