GitLab is hiring a Contract Recruiter, Sales (APAC) to support full-cycle hiring across sales roles in the APAC region.

In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to source, engage, and hire top sales talent across multiple APAC markets.

You’ll manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offer management, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales roles across APAC
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels
• Write and post accurate job descriptions
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple markets
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer stage
• Use ATS data (e.g., Greenhouse) to track pipeline health and improve hiring outcomes
• Provide market insights to improve sourcing and hiring strategies
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows
• Collaborate with Talent Brand to support employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within tech/SaaS environments
• Experience hiring for Sales roles across APAC or multiple international markets
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and pipeline management
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work across time zones in a remote environment
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Familiarity with Git/GitLab tools is a plus
• Experience in remote-first companies is a plus
