About This Opportunity

As a remote Investment Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Investments to source, evaluate, structure, and monitor Bitcoin lending and structured investment opportunities.

This role blends traditional finance, structured credit, risk management, and crypto-financial services within a fast-paced remote environment.

You’ll support investment operations, counterparty due diligence, portfolio monitoring, lending structures, and investment analysis while collaborating with external counterparties and internal stakeholders.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong backgrounds in investment banking, credit, structured lending, treasury, or risk management who are interested in Bitcoin and digital assets.

What You Will Do

• Conduct counterparty due diligence and risk assessments
• Analyze financial statements, liquidity, leverage, and collateral structures
• Help structure secured and over-collateralized lending solutions
• Monitor portfolio exposures, collateral, limits, and risk indicators
• Support investment modeling and structured finance analysis
• Participate in counterparty meetings and manage follow-up actions
• Prepare investment committee memos, term sheets, and reporting materials
• Review legal and loan documentation related to security and covenants
• Propose new lending structures and investment opportunities
• Maintain audit-ready diligence files, dashboards, and operational processes

What They’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, structured lending, credit, treasury, risk, or buy-side investing
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong experience with counterparty due diligence and credit analysis
• Familiarity with lending structures, collateral frameworks, and covenants
• Understanding of ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, or loan agreements
• Experience with stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk frameworks
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and operational discipline
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• CFA, FRM, or equivalent professional qualification in progress is preferred
• Preferred Qualifications
  Structured credit or repo financing experience
  Traditional finance exposure to collateral and margin frameworks
  Interest or familiarity with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency markets
  Experience with AI-driven modeling or modern financial tooling
  Technical or coding skills for modeling and analytics
  Experience in securitization or collateralized lending environments
