What You Will Do

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients
• Qualify leads and identify client needs and business fit
• Present products and services tailored to each client’s situation
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on outreach strategies
• Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
• Help achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide feedback on customer needs, objections, and product improvements
• Support day-to-day marketing and sales coordination activities

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer outreach, or BPO environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and professional when handling objections and conversations
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Nice To Have

• Experience in remote sales or lead generation roles
• Background working with international clients
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting workflows
• Experience with digital marketing or customer engagement tools
• Knowledge of sales reporting and pipeline management
