This role focuses on managing guest communication, leading a remote VA team, protecting brand reputation, and ensuring high-quality service standards in both English and German.

Responsabilities

• Monitor guest communication and reviews to protect brand reputation
• Handle disputes with platforms and manage review-related issues
• Analyze guest feedback and translate it into operational improvements
• Lead and manage a remote VA team (performance, scheduling, hiring)
• Ensure high-quality bilingual communication (English & German)
• Personally handle complex or sensitive guest interactions when needed
• Manage emergency situations and critical guest issues
• Create and improve communication templates and workflows
• Coordinate maintenance and operational support when issues arise

Requirements

• Fluent English and C1/native-level German (required)
• Proven experience in short-term rental (STR) management
• Experience managing remote teams (e.g., virtual assistants)
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience handling platform disputes and guest escalations
• Familiarity with AI tools and scheduling/operations systems
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to take ownership and operate independently
• Niche to have:
  Experience in hospitality tech or premium rental services
  Background in process optimization and workflow automation
  Experience improving guest experience through data and feedback
