You’ll play a key role in helping customers succeed early- ensuring they activate their accounts, understand the product, and secure their first bookings within the first 30 days.

Responsabilities

• Deliver onboarding and training sessions to new clients
• Drive early engagement and help clients achieve first bookings
• Act as a product expert and guide users on platform features
• Build strong relationships via phone, email, and messaging
• Proactively support clients and solve onboarding challenges
• Execute outreach strategies to improve activation rates

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent Spanish (native or strong level) + conversational English
• Comfortable using tools like Salesforce or Google Workspace
