Payoneer is seeking an Account Engagement Specialist to support and grow its customer base in Pakistan.

This role focuses on engaging SMBs and professional businesses, driving product adoption, and supporting early-stage customer growth through proactive outreach and scalable engagement strategies.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help businesses expand globally using Payoneer’s financial solutions.

Responsabilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B and eCommerce clients
• Drive customer engagement through proactive, playbook-based outreach
• Support customer acquisition, retention, and light cross-sell opportunities
• Identify high-potential accounts and collaborate with Customer Success Managers
• Maintain accurate customer data and activity within CRM systems
• Represent the company at events and industry forums
• Develop and communicate clear value propositions with marketing teams
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across customer segments

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in account management, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Fluency in Urdu and English
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
• Strong communication skills for both written and verbal outreach
• Ability to manage and engage a large portfolio of customers
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and structured workflows
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Nice to have:
  Experience in cross-border payments, fintech, or banking
  Background in eCommerce or SMB-focused sales
  Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  Experience with automation tools and data analytics platforms
  Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams
