This role focuses on building and optimizing retention strategies, managing large-scale email campaigns, and shaping the future of the company’s email marketing function.

Responsabilities

• Lead email marketing strategy for DTC client accounts
• Manage and optimize large-scale email campaigns and subscriber lists
• Develop retention strategies to increase engagement and repeat purchases
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
• Collaborate with design, copy, and account teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
• Communicate directly with clients and manage expectations
• Build and improve systems, tools, and processes for email marketing
• Support hiring and scaling of the email marketing team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing (preferably eCommerce/DTC)
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Experience managing large email lists (100K+ subscribers)
• Strong understanding of email strategy, segmentation, and automation
• Solid data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Niche to have:
  Strong eye for design and understanding of brand consistency
  Copywriting skills for marketing emails
  Experience building or scaling email marketing systems
