What You Will Do
- Lead the Developer Services engineering team (Functions, Automation, VRF, CRE Service Layer)
- Own reliability, stability, and operational resilience of service-layer infrastructure
- Manage a single, prioritised backlog across multiple stakeholders
- Improve delivery speed and iteration cycles based on user feedback
- Deliver new service-layer capabilities and enhancements
- Lead migration of legacy systems into CRE infrastructure
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
- Ensure strong execution across multiple parallel engineering streams
Requirements
- Strong engineering leadership experience (managing senior and staff engineers)
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
- Strong technical depth to guide architecture and unblock teams
- Experience managing complex backlogs and competing priorities
- Proven ability to lead multi-stream engineering delivery initiatives
- Strong coaching and people development skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in both startup and large-scale organisations
- Experience building products or platforms from 0 → 1
- Strong program/project management discipline
- Experience or strong engagement in Web3 / blockchain ecosystems
