About This Opportunity

Pdftools is looking for a RevOps Specialist to support and optimize its go-to-market systems, data, and processes.

This is a hands-on, technical role where you’ll work closely with senior RevOps leadership to improve CRM operations, automate workflows, and ensure data accuracy across the entire revenue lifecycle.

You’ll play a key role in enabling Sales and Customer Success teams by building efficient systems, improving reporting, and eliminating manual work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM (pipelines, properties, workflows, permissions)
• Build and maintain automation across tools (HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, etc.)
• Identify inefficiencies and eliminate manual processes across teams
• Extract, analyze, and model CRM and product data
• Build dashboards and reports for pipeline, revenue, and performance metrics
• Ensure data integrity across the full customer lifecycle
• Track sales performance, quotas, and KPIs
• Support commission and incentive calculations
• Act as the go-to expert for sales processes and CRM best practices
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to translate business needs into systems

Requirements

• 2+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, properties, reporting)
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.)
• Strong data skills (Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools are a plus)
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, pipeline, conversion rates)
• Understanding of the full B2B revenue funnel (SDR → AE → CSM → Renewal)
• High attention to detail and structured approach to work
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Nice to have
  Experience using AI tools in sales or operations workflows
  Basic knowledge of SQL or data modeling
