Responsibilities
- Process forms and enter data accurately into websites and internal systems
- Support agent onboarding and offboarding processes
- Verify and correct data discrepancies via email with clients
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data consistency across platforms
- Maintain data integrity and follow company protocols and procedures
- Organize and manage information according to guidelines
- Meet daily KPIs and productivity targets
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in a data entry role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and work with moderately technical systems
- Strong written communication skills
- Professional and responsive approach to client communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic and consistent performance
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Positive attitude and reliable character
- System Requirements
Computer with at least 2GHz processor (Intel Core i5/i7 preferred)
Minimum 16GB RAM and 100GB free disk space
USB headset with noise-canceling feature
Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection
Backup internet connection required (no USB sticks)
