Owner.com is hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide newly signed restaurant partners through the onboarding and launch process on the platform.
In this role, you’ll ensure each restaurant successfully sets up its mobile app, website, and online ordering systems, delivering a smooth and timely launch experience.
You’ll manage a portfolio of partners at different onboarding stages, coordinating communication across email, calls, and SMS while working closely with internal product, engineering, and success teams.
This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven role focused on organization, communication, and ensuring a high-quality customer launch experience.
