Netlify is hiring a Senior UX Engineer (Marketing) to help build high-quality, user-focused web experiences that power their marketing presence.

This is a frontend-heavy role where design, performance, and user experience matter just as much as code.

You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to deliver fast, scalable, and visually polished web experiences.

  Build and maintain high-quality marketing web experiences
  Translate design into performant, responsive interfaces

  Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams

  Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance standards
  Maintain high code quality and best practices
• Innovation
  Explore new tools and technologies, including AI for development
  Contribute ideas to improve workflows and user experience

Requirements

• Strong frontend experience (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Astro, etc.)
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma)
• Experience working with CMS/tools like Sanity
• Strong UX and design sensibility
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team
• Nice to have
  Experience with animation or brand design
  Exposure to marketing websites or growth teams
  Interest in AI tools for development
