What You’ll Do

• Technical Leadership & Architecture
  Design and build scalable, distributed systems
  Lead architecture for interoperable finance products
  Ensure systems support growth, reliability, and performance
• Strategy & Product Collaboration
  Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders
  Help define product vision and roadmap
  Translate complex business needs into technical solutions
• Execution & Platform Development
  Lead development of core platforms within the RFA suite
  Establish best practices, frameworks, and processes
  Drive data-driven decision-making
• Team Growth & Mentorship
  Mentor engineers across different levels
  Help grow and strengthen the India engineering team
  Foster a culture of learning and ownership

Requirements

• Experience
  15+ years in software engineering
  Proven track record leading large-scale technical initiatives
  Experience influencing company-wide architecture and roadmap
• Technical Expertise
  Strong experience with distributed systems
  Ability to design scalable, complex platforms
  Experience working across multiple technologies and systems
• Leadership & Mindset
  Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  Passion for solving complex business + technical problems
  Experience mentoring and developing engineers
• Bonus
  Experience in high-growth tech companies
  Exposure to financial systems / fintech platforms
