Responsabilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-quality backend systems
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and production deployment
• Collaborate with Product, UX, DevOps, and engineering teams
• Maintain and improve engineering standards, processes, and best practices
• Identify and implement system and performance improvements
• Lead code reviews and uphold strong code quality standards
• Monitor production systems and resolve critical technical issues
• Support scalability and reliability of complex backend components

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in languages such as C#, Java, Node.js, or similar
• Experience working with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server)
• Familiarity with message queues or streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Ability to design scalable solutions within complex systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Nice to have:
  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  Familiarity with non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB)
  Experience working in Agile environments
  Background in mentoring or supporting junior engineers
