Requirements

• Experience leading and scaling support or customer-facing teams
• Technical background (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Familiarity with WordPress and debugging workflows
• Experience using AI tools in support operations
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset (CSAT, resolution time, automation metrics)
• Ability to handle complex or sensitive customer situations
