What You Will Do
- Lead and support a remote team of data operations specialists
- Own team performance, KPIs, and operational output
- Design and improve business processes for efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support automation and tooling improvements
- Monitor risks, escalate issues, and ensure smooth operations
- Drive quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain strong team engagement in a remote, international environment
Requirements
- Experience in people leadership or team management
- Background in data operations, business processes, or analytics environments
- Strong skills in process design and optimisation
- Comfortable working in remote, international teams
- Analytical mindset with strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills in English
