About This Opportunity

As a remote Assistant Relationship Manager, you will support the Relationship Management team in managing ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and Family Office client relationships across the APAC region. This role is designed for professionals looking to build a long-term career in private banking, relationship management, wealth management, or crypto-financial services.

You’ll work closely with senior relationship managers and customer success teams to support onboarding, client servicing, product education, and revenue growth initiatives while gaining exposure to the world of Bitcoin, crypto banking, and wealth management.

What You Will Do

• Support onboarding and servicing of UHNW and Family Office clients
• Learn to manage client relationships and account operations
• Assist customers with Xapo Bank products and services
• Build relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Participate in cross-selling initiatives and client meetings
• Work closely with Customer Success Advisors and senior Relationship Managers
• Help ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the customer journey
• Attend regional events to promote the Xapo brand and generate leads
• Learn to prioritize client opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
• Develop understanding of customer needs, financial solutions, and risk appetite

What They’re Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, or fintech
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Dedicated remote workspace and reliable internet connection
• Preferred Qualifications
  2+ years of experience in banking, finance, customer success, or related field
  Experience working with high-net-worth clients
  Chinese, Japanese, or Korean language skills
  Interest in wealth management or relationship management careers
  Familiarity with crypto or digital asset ecosystems
