Ecommerce Operations Manager Full Time

Ikigai Cases is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to own and coordinate all aspects of high-impact e-commerce launches and promotional events.
This role is highly execution-focused and sits at the center of cross-functional coordination between marketing, creative, website, operations, customer experience, and fulfillment teams.
You will ensure every launch runs smoothly—from planning and setup to QA and post-launch optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and execute product launches, color drops, sales events, and promotions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and timelines
- Set up and configure Shopify and website systems for launches (products, collections, discounts, carts, site updates)
- Own pre-launch QA and post-launch cleanup to ensure accuracy and system integrity
- Improve and refine launch processes, templates, and workflows for scale
- Maintain operational hygiene across systems to avoid errors and inconsistencies
- Work closely with founders and internal teams to support growth initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years in e-commerce operations with direct ownership of launches or promotions
- Experience managing end-to-end launch execution (setup, coordination, QA, cleanup)
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with Shopify admin (no coding required)
- Strong attention to detail in revenue-critical operations
- Experience with Notion or similar project management tools
- Clear written communication skills
- Must be based outside the United States
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Intelligems)
Experience with page builders (Replo preferred)
