About This Opportunity
Spreetail is hiring a remote Affiliate Program Coordinator – TikTok Shop to support the operational side of its creator affiliate program. You’ll handle high-volume, repeatable tasks with speed and accuracy, helping Affiliate Managers stay focused on creator relationships and SKU activation.
This role is focused on keeping the program running smoothly behind the scenes through accurate data management, process execution, communication, and coordination with the US-based team.
What You Will Be Doing
Handle high-volume, repeatable operational tasks supporting the TikTok Shop creator program.
Maintain accurate data and prevent errors that can create downstream problems.
Flag blockers, open questions, and low-stock alerts proactively.
Follow established SOPs reliably and suggest process improvements when appropriate.
Manage multiple priorities and high task volume across multiple Affiliate Managers.
Maintain clear turnaround commitments with the US-based team.
Work in a time-zone-aware manner and communicate responsively.
Build knowledge of TikTok Shop mechanics, creator program workflows, and ecommerce operations.
Perform data entry, record maintenance, and quality checks using CRM or database tools.
Work with Excel.
Maintain availability aligned with US business hours, with partial overlap required.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or program support.
High proficiency in English for written communication with US-based teams and external creators.
Experience with CRM or database tools, including data entry, record maintenance, and quality checks.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight turnaround times.
Reliable internet connectivity.
Availability aligned with US business hours, with partial overlap required.
Comfortable using Excel.
Available work-from-home setup.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing programs.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, including platform navigation, affiliate setup, and content tagging.
Ecommerce operations experience, including marketplace fulfillment, inventory coordination, or order management.
Experience with Circle, Grin, Impact, or similar creator CRM platforms.
Previous experience working in a distributed team or offshore operations role supporting a US-based business.
